Ekene,Abbey Set to feature for Premier side

stalwarts,Cornelius Ekene and Abbey Kunrunmi are set to feature for premier
side Rangers in today's Jamhuri cup encounter against Tusker FC.The spot was
initially meant for Gor Mahia but they ceded it to Rangers on an amicable
settlement.Rangers started strongly in the premier league but finished seven
and a half games behind winners Tusker FC.
Ekene
was the mainstay of the Ligi Ndogo midfield in pursuit of a premier league spot
this season.Abbey was this Ligi Ndogo's top scorer this season (11 goals).Ekene
has previously featured in premier league soccer for AFC Leopards.Abbey had a
successful stint at Abubeel,Egypt.
