NGONG' RD featured the normal season practise and drill program.The Atoms are onto their ball and rules familiarization tour after which they will start their tournament games.Some of them are already comfortable. The Junior practise was more complex.Already coaches have began running defense/offense drills,dribbling,cutting and small sided games are taking effect . The Mids featured in friendly matches as they gear for the start of their tournaments.
