Bad Start
Celtics had a disastrous start to the season. They tied their first game,1-1,at home against KSL Thola Glass. They then lost 2-0 away at Green Berets and 2-1 to Gatundu Stars. The next weekend they travelled to Mombasa and lost to Congo JMJ and Sparkie Youth, before awarding Mathare Youth their first home point in a 0-0 tie.Their latest 1-1 tie to Magongo Rangers was preceded by another one all tie versus Bidco and 2-1 loses to Kariobangi Sharks and Iron
Strikers. They have beaten Mahakama and Admiral both with an identical score of 1-0,to start a two match winning streak both goals coming deep into the second half, strong characteristic of a prowling team.

Turn Around
Improvement in organizational styles, coaching and player discipline has been key to the Celtics’ resurgence. They now look forward to every game with renewed vigour and enthusiasm.Such has seen them, lately, beat some of the league favorites after groping in the dark for the first ten games. They may soon get to the light switch.
