Ligi Ndogo Planets,the Senior team is the ultimate price of long journey started as an Atom. It emerged as a result of players graduating from level to level within the Ligi soccer hierarchy.
After the first batch of players graduated from the U17 age category, an avenue was required for them to continue pursuing their soccer interest hence the founding of Ligi S.C.
Ligi Planets started participating in tournaments organized within Nairobi,then went up a rank higher by officially entering the national league in division 2.It attained promotion the next year to division 1.It is participating in the FKF Division One league which is the last step from the national premier league.
Ligi targets this great opportunity as the springboard to continental soccer once its target of the premier league is realized.
